Half birthday breaky

Yesterday Lyla turned 6 months old. It's just flown by. We decided to celebrate today, however, with a half birthday breakfast. We invited Matthias over and Lyla put on one of her new dresses for the party. As you can see she was very excited.

And to add to the excitement, Lyla got to try oatmeal for the first time today as well. She really liked it. We had to cut her off because we thought that eating the entire bowl full might cause a happy girl to have an unhappy tummy. Here is Matthias getting some practice in before he becomes the proud uncle of twin girls any day now. His sister will thank us for the preparation. ;)
